Assists in providing high quality patient care by taking accurate patient health histories and performing a variety of diagnostic testing prior to exam.
Human Resources Coordinator
Provides admin support in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, health and safety. Requires a min of 2 years exp in HR, strong computer skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
Help Desk/PC Support Analyst I
Answer IT Help Desk phone calls and either triage or respond to issues/requests in an effective and timely manner. Creates support tickets for those issues that require escalation. Assists with IT equipment, installation, support, receiving and disposal
Contact Lens Specialist
Determines optimal type and fit of contact lenses to achieve best visual performance. Selects and designs lenses for custom needs. Performs follow-up care as necessary.
Clinic Lane Assistant
Perform administrative tasks to help the technicians and physicians with patient care tasks.
Electronic Health Records Data Entry Clerk
Assists in the conversion from paper medical charts to electronic health records by performing data entry tasks.
Clinical Research Assistant/Coordinator
Assists Clinical Research Coordinators and Physicians with ophthalmic patient care and administrative clinical trials tasks while training to transition into a Clinical Research Coordinator position.
Contact Lens Assistant
Assists Contact Lens Fitters with patient flow tasks including rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, taking patient history/complaint, placing prescription orders and other administrative tasks.
